Relapse Records Launch Massive 25th Anniversary Free Digital Sampler‏

As part of the continued year long celebration for Relapse Records 25th anniversary, today the label has released a free 180+ song sampler spanning the label’s entire history. The sampler features one track from almost every artist that has ever released an EP or full-length with the label since 1990 including Mastodon, Neurosis, Obituary, Red Fang, Death, Dying Fetus, Necrophagist, Suffocation, Baroness, Dillinger Escape Plan, High on Fire, Torche, Pig Destroyer and many more. The sampler can be streamed and downloaded via Bandcamp HERE.
Additionally, Bandcamp has released an in-depth feature on 25 of Relapse’s biggest releases which can be read here. Numerous other sites and publications have been releasing comprehensive features on the label’s storied history including Brave Words (read it here) and recent issues of Metal Hammer, Rock-A-Rolla and New Noise Magazine.
2015 also sees Relapse reissuing a significant amount of their long out-of-print and classic albums on vinyl with records from Nasum, Amorphis, Nile, Human Remains, Incantation, and Pan-Thy-Monium already announced and available via Relapse.com here. Further vinyl reissues from Neurosis, Dillinger Escape Plan, Pig Destroyer, Bongzilla, and many more will be released throughout 2015. A special, super limited silver colored vinyl of every record released/reissued in 2015 will also be made available via Relapse.com here.
