Whitney Peyton Interviewed “I literally had like hives from whole face, down my neck”

Whitney Peyton is known for being one of the hardest working artists in the business and that’s just a part of what makes her so special. In addition to being able to transcend genres and appeal to multiple crowds, she’s consistently hitting the pavement hard by always being on the road. She’s also a Grammy award winning artist and is an actress who has worked with names such as Jelly Roll, Chris Webby, Da Mafia 6ix, Cassidy and R.A. the Rugged Man.

Whitney has a very ravenous fan base that is a part of the #TeamUnderdog movement. With her accolades this far in her career and her new journey with signing to Tragic Hero, she is well on her way to being top dog.
Iron Serbian of Capital Chaos TV recently spoke with the adorable Whitney Peyton @ Ace Of Spades in Sacramento, California.
On Bhad Bhabie….
Everyone’s mad about Bhad Bhabie coming up, the girl Cash Me Outside, getting signed to Atlantic Records. I cant even be mad ya know, I don’t hate the song that she put out, I think a lot of people are really upset, do I think she has longevity, I don’t know, I think a lot of people who come up really, really quickly, its harder for them to have a long lasting career. Even though she got a record deal and there a lot of artist’s that are personally offended, she was able to go viral and she obviously has people that like her, so we’ll see what she does next.
On hotels on the road…
“Two day’s ago I stayed at a Motel 6, which is not ideal, but sometimes you got to do that, on the road. I woke up and i literally had like hives from whole face, down my neck, on my hands. There’s a person on tour who is actually a nurse and he was like, Yo you have bed bug bites on your face and hands and I was like oh my god, Iv’e never had this before.”

CANNABIS CORPSE are touring in support of their new album, ‘Left Hand Pass’. The album, feautring “riffs (that) are smart and sharp, the productions is crips and the soloing is possibly the best in their run as a band.

CANNABIS CORPSE deliver a deadly dose of brutal death metal with their long-awaited new album ‘Left Hand Pass’. ‘Left Hand Pass’ sees the band, led by the imitable Phil “LandPhil” Hall (MUNICIPAL WASTE) and his twin brother Josh “Hallhammer” Hall joined by SIX FEET UNDER guitarist Ray Suhy and his prodigious six-string talents.

Under the influence of the genre legends who preceded them, the trio give rise to unrelenting piece of crushing, weed-themed death replete with their signature, THC-fueled, horror fiction lyrics. As tracks such as “The 420th Crusade”, “Chronic Breed”, and the title track illustrate, ‘Left Hand Pass’ is another massive step-forward for the band and a  monumental piece of U.S. Death Metal.

“We have been grinding for close to 10 years as a band,” stated vocalist Matt Honeycutt. “The ups and downs over the years have molded us into the band we are today, which brings us to a new chapter. 11/10/15

DNA Lounge – San Francisco, California

Former MARILYN MANSON and current ROB ZOMBIE guitarist John 5 (real name: John William Lowery) embarked on the “Mad Monster Tour” featuring his band JOHN 5 AND THE CREATURES.

Speaking to Revolver magazine, John 5 stated about “Careful With That Axe”: “It’s really exciting for me, because this is what I think music is really about. I fund this whole thing by myself and I don’t do it for money; it’s just for the love of the guitar. I think people really understand that.

Asked how he continuously finds inspiration to write new music, John 5 said: “I always look for inspiration. If I find something that’s inspiring, I’m so excited, because it is very hard to find something inspiring. I can get inspired, like anyone, from movies or music or TV or a certain way people think. I’ve always liked people that were obsessive with something. I love watching documentaries on people like ‘clean freaks,’ because it’s just so interesting to me for some reason. [Laughs] Sounds weird, but it’s the truth.”

Exhumed Share New Music Video For “Night Work”

Gore metal maniacs EXHUMED have shared the official music video for “Night Work” off the impending, new full-length album Death Revenge.

Frontman Matt Harvey comments: “We are extremely stoked to present this cinematic clip that brings you deep into the world of the Death Revenge storyline. Director Jeff Sisson really outdid himself capturing the vibe and violence of the record and the concept. This is the first video we’ve done that really fulfills the horror-movie vision we’ve always wanted to capture with our music. Spoiler Alert: It’s a tale of grave-robbery, murder and madness. So sit back, turn off the lights, lock your doors, and get ready to undertake some ‘Night Work’ with us.”

On having to change habits on the road due to Decapitated arrests: “And if you think that you can do something without consequences and that nobody is watching, you’re probably mistaken whether it’s rape or sexual assault or saying something inappropriate or whatever. And if you’re if you’re in a band and you want to go out on tour and get laid, that’s great, that’s completely fine, but if you think that you’re entitled to it because you’re in a band you deserve whatever is coming to you. I don’t think it’s really going to change anything much because this is just such a weird random outlying event. It’s not like it’s happening all the time.” see full interview with Capital Chaos TV here.

EXHUMED‘s sixth full-length sees them tread into ambitious new territory with their first concept album: a musical melodrama in thirteen parts based on shocking true events. Death Revenge takes place in the late 1820s in Edinburgh, Scotland and tells the macabre tale of a series of brutal murders where the victims’ cadavers were sold to anatomists, amid a grisly underground trade of grave-robbery. Recorded with producer Jarrett Pritchard (Goatwhore, Eternal, Gruesome), Death Revenge takes the band’s signature gore-drenched, death metal mayhem to theatrical and ghastly new depths. Cover illustration is by Orion Landau with interior illustrations by Lucas Ruggieri (lucasriggieriillustration.com).

EXHUMED recently announced a short run of live dates in November with The Black Dahlia Murder, Suffocation, Decrepit Birth and more as well as a performance at Ozzfest Meets Knotfest on November 5th in San Bernardino, California.
