Fan club members will receive an email with instructions for ticket purchasing. Tickets go on sale to the public this Friday, June 27 at 10:00 a.m. (local time). Log on to Slayer.net for all ticket purchasing details.

Said Slayer’s Tom Araya, “We are way fucking excited about hitting the road again with SUICIDAL and EXODUS. Fucking intense. See you in the fall.”

Added Mike Muir, SUICIDAL TENDENCIES’ vocalist, “Slayer, SUICIDAL TENDENCIES and EXODUS, for only six shows? They were a blast, but everyone knew that wouldn’t be enough. Now’s your chance to see what everyone else was screaming about. ST definitely can’t wait ’til November to do it all again!”

“This monumental tour is a heavy metal collision of epic proportions,” added EXODUS vocalist Steve “Zetro” Souza, who has just rejoined the band. “For my first tour back with EXODUS, I’m beyond excited to be on the road with my brothers in true thrash metal! San Francisco Bay Area thrash bands have long been known for their inyourface approach to music, and Potential Threat SF are no strangers to that tradition.

Originally formed as a fivepiece in 1986, they have shared the stage with everyone from Testament to Slayer to CroMags to Nuclear Assault, and just recently returned from touring with Death Angel.

Their hard working, no holds barred attitude carries over to their live shows. Though they put every ounce of grit and determination into their set, they still manage not to sound like angry old fucks. Their mentality is simple it’s just as easy for a band to get the audience involved in their show as it is to be pissed off and push them away. In short, they still have fun and show it on stage and to the fans, regardless of how long they’ve been playing or how many people are in the attendance.

Their newest offering, “Civilization Under Threat” (to be released by OSM Records), gives a nod to the old school by combining aggressive, commanding vocals with dual guitars and a thundering bottom end. Engineered and mastered by Juan Urteaga (Machine Head, Testament, Heathen) at Trident Studios has given the album a massively heavy quality without being overproduced

Destruction are a German thrash metal band. They are considered one of the “three kings” of the Teutonic thrash metal scene, the others being Kreator and Sodom. All three of these bands are often credited with helping pioneer black metal by containing several elements of what was to become the genre. Destruction were originally named Knight of Demon, but changed their name in 1984. For most of the 1990s, Destruction were not signed to a major record label and were forced to self-produce their albums until they signed a contract with Nuclear Blast in the 2000s.
A European tour with Overkill was scheduled for March 2011. Headlining dates in South America and North America were being planned for April and May.

The band’s latest album, Spiritual Genocide, was released in November 23, 2012

REVOCATION signs with Metal Blade Records!‏

Boston, Massachusetts-based technical metal act, REVOCATION, has been carving a path to the top of the extreme metal heap since their inception back in 2006. During the last eight years, the band has released full-length albums (one self-released, three on Relapse Records), and a free EP with Scion A/V. As the band prepares album number five, they begin a brand new chapter of their career by signing a worldwide deal with Metal Blade Records.

“We are very stoked to announce that we have signed with Metal Blade! We are all extremely proud to be a part of a label with such a long history and legendary roster. Currently, we’re in the studio recording our 5th full length album with Zeuss at the helm. This is the start of a new chapter for us and we are so thankful for all the support that we’ve received from the underground that has gotten us to this point in our career.” – Dave Davidson

One of the most exciting modern metal bands on the planet, REVOCATION have stunned audiences worldwide with displays of unprecedented levels of musicianship. Thrashing, virtuosic melodies, top-notch technical drumming and an all-out vocal assault take the listener on a lightning ride through the hallowed halls of heavy metal. REVOCATION have proven that they are here to stay and miles above their peers.

Metal Blade Records president Mike Faley adds: “We are excited to be working with Revocation. Their tireless work ethic combined with world class musicianship and extreme technical metal has Revocation at the forefront of the scene. Metal Blade looks forward to being a part of their team and helping Revocation achieve future success.”

Last year, fans saw the band live as part of the Summer Slaughter Tour 2013 with The Dillinger Escape Plan, Animals As Leaders, and more. In 2014, REVOCATION will be on the road with DevilDriver, Carnifex, Fit for an Autopsy, and their new label mates, Whitechapel and Rivers of Nihil.

New live video from Exmortus live in San Francisco

3 camera edit of Exmortus performing “Triumph By Fire” and the Ozzy Osbourne classic “Bark At The Moon” 04/01/14 @ DNA Lounge – San Francisco, California also on the bill were Destruction, Krisiun & Hemotoxin #ozzyosbourne #exmortus

Hailing from Whittier, California, EXMORTUS are an entity unto themselves and their music, which is both complex and thoroughly hook-laden, refuses to lend itself to easy categorization. From the technical death-thrash riffage and surgically precise drumming to their neo-classical, twin virtuoso lead guitar attack, fans of death metal, thrash, prog metal, traditional heavy metal and all true metal sub-genres alike will enjoy having their craniums crushed by the fury of EXMORTUS.
