Progressive death-metal juggernauts THE ZENITH PASSAGE unleash their new single “Fleshbound Reliquary.” Mixed and mastered by Dave Otero (Cattle Decapitation, Allegaeon, Archspire, Cephalic Carnage) and featuring artwork by Shindy Reehal (Psycroptic, Lamb Of God, Kreator, Angelmaker), the track marks the band’s first release since 2023’s critically acclaimed, chart-topping Datalysium—and the first to feature drummer Max Sepulveda.

Vocalist Derek Rydquist comments, “‘Fleshbound Reliquary’ depicts a world where resources are so depleted that humanity must turn to itself as the next means of production.”

Guitarist Justin McKinney adds, “Musically, the track revolves around tightly interlocked rhythmic motifs delivered with laser precision, all framed within a traditional song structure. It’s largely set in 3, building toward a climactic resolution of the main motif before shifting into a powerful 4 feel for an epic close.”
