Legendary, Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello, took to the steps of the California Capitol, Sacramento, yesterday afternoon. He was there, to perform, in order to give support to United Farm Workers who are attempting to get Governor Gavin Newsom, to pass AB2183 into law. Jennifer Black and her magic Nikon were on hand.

Through a process dictated by an employer’s decision, Assembly Bill 2183 would give agricultural workers either the right to vote for or against union representation by mail or to gain representation by unions through a “card check” or similar process. Via Fox 40
