During a recent stop on their current tour, we caught up with Cevin, guitarist for brutal death metal veterans Pathology. The band, originally formed in 2006, has built a reputation for relentless touring, consistent releases, and uncompromising brutality. Cevin discussed life on the road, the band’s creative process, and what fans can expect next from Pathology.

Although Pathology has been active for nearly two decades, Cevin joined the band more recently. He credits drummer Dave Astor, the band’s founding member, for maintaining the vision from day one.

What stands out most in Pathology’s history is their consistency in releasing new material. According to Cevin, that output isn’t accidental—it’s the result of constant writing and discipline.
