The Canadian rock trio DANKO JONES – whose namesake front man exudes sex appeal like most people exude sweat – will kick off their headlining West Coast tour on February 6th in Las Vegas (their labels hometown). Tickets are on sale now.
Danko Jones U.S. Tour remaining dates (all dates subject to change, please check with venues):
Sunday, February 17th at Harlow’s in Sacramento, CA
Tuesday, February 19th at Wild Buffalo House in Bellingham, WA
Wednesday, February 20th at Dante’s in Portland, OR
Thursday, February 21st at El Corazon in Seattle, WA
Although the group has toured America extensively in the past with the likes of Clutch, Volbeat and Flogging Molly, and in 2013 on the Uproar Tour alongside Alice In Chains, Coheed & Cambria and Jane’s Addiction, DANKO JONES has spent recent years aggressively touring Europe, where they are a mainstay of the festival circuit. They have also supported major international tours by Motorhead and Guns N’ Roses and have previously opened high-profile international dates by Ozzy Osbourne and The Rolling Stones.
Hailed by Metal Hammer UK as “one of the most ridiculously entertaining and exciting live bands on the planet,” DANKO JONES has earned extensive praise for its visceral concert performances and attitudinal, libidinous rock. The group’s best-known material includes “Had Enough,” which earned the group their first gold and platinum singles in Sweden and has racked up more than 12 million Spotify streams; “Gonna Be A Fight Tonight,” which WWE used as the official theme song of the 2015 Royal Rumble; “Full Of Regret,” the music video for which stars Elijah Wood, Selma Blair, Mike Watt (The Minutemen) and Lemmy Kilmister; and “Lovercall,” their first of six singles to crack the U.S. Active Rock Top 40.
