The Monster Energy Outbreak Tour has announced that U.K. rockers Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes will headline their hotly-awaited Fall 2019 tour, supported by Canadian all-girl alt-rock band The Beaches. The tour launches on September 23 in NYC and hits major NorthAmerican cities including Philadelphia, Chicago, Seattle, Vancouver, Los Angeles, and more.
