Doom Descends: BELL WITCH & AERIAL RUIN Reveal “Stygian Bough Vol. II” and European/UK Tour

Bell Witch and Aerial Ruin have begun to stir once more, teasing the next chapter in their mournful collaboration: Stygian Bough Vol. II, the long-awaited follow-up to 2020’s funereal opus. This new offering will emerge through Profound Lore Records this fall, carrying forward the bleak beauty and spectral weight of its predecessor.

A foreboding glimpse into the record has arrived in the form of a new trailer, filmed by Bobby Cochran and inspired by Sergei Parajanov’s surrealist masterpiece The Color of Pomegranates. Speaking on the visual companion, Bell Witch’s Dylan Desmond offered:

“Bobby Cochran expertly used The Color of Pomegranates as a muse for this trailer that perfectly captures the dreamlike qualities of the music.”

To mark the release, Bell Witch and Aerial Ruin will embark on a solemn pilgrimage across Europe and the UK in early 2026. Joining them on this spectral procession is 40 Watt Sun, whose melancholic weight will serve as direct support on the following dates:
